Functionalities
Auditing .nl is a knowledge site that will be permanently 'under construction'. In December 2006 we activated most of the current functionalities. Since February 2005 the knowledge site contains:
A Library with among others:
- the best appraised reports and articles of graduated students of the postgraduate course Internal/ operational auditing (Erasmus University Rotterdam / ESAA). Furthermore, you will find articles and other publications of the initiators of Auditing .nl as well as contributions of others in the library.
- A poll in which, for instance, you are asked for your preferences regarding the research topics. The results of this poll influences the decisions made by the research-committee of the Auditing .nl foundation.
- A news summary and a calendar.
- Columns in which members of the website are invited to describe their ideas and experiences, or to respond on columns uploaded by other members.
In the course of 2006 the content has grown spectacularly. For instance with reports of the IT-audit students (EUR / ESAA), pages on this site for the three alumni associations (ESAA, and still in Dutch we are afraid) and some newsletters are released to inform members about new content and functionality of de site. You can subscribe to the newsletter using the link on the right-hand site of the home page.
Early 2007, www.Auditing.nl started a bookshop with a growing number of books and publications sold by the Auditing .nl foundation.
IMPORTANT: Since you subscribed with the selection 'not familiar with the Dutch language' the website only shows you its English content. The effect, as you will understand, is that it shows you only about 10% (2007) of its content. With your help, we will do our utmost to raise this percentage within a short periode.
Functionaliteiten
Auditing .nl blijft in ontwikkeling. In 2005 is de site in drie fasen gerealiseerd. Vanaf februari 2005 bestaat de site onder meer uit:
- Een bibliotheek met onder andere de best beoordeelde referaten en artikelen van afgestudeerde studenten van de postinitiele opleiding Internal/ operational auditing van de Erasmus Universiteit (ESAA). Verder zijn in de bibliotheek artikelen en andere publicaties opgenomen van de initiatiefnemers van Auditing .nl. In de bibliotheek vindt u ook bijdragen van andere auteurs.
- Een poll waarin u bijvoorbeeld is gevraagd naar welke onderzoeksthema’s uw voorkeur uitgaat. De uitslagen van die poll hebben een belangrijke invloed op de besluitvorming over de besteding van de onderzoeksgelden.
- Een nieuwsoverzicht en een agenda.
- Columns waarin leden van de site worden uitgenodigd hun ideeën en ervaringen te beschrijven of te reageren op door anderen geplaatste columns.
In de loop van 2006 is de content sterk uitgebreid, ondermeer met referaten van de IT-auditopleiding van de EUR (ESAA). Verder biedt de site ruimte voor drie alumniverenigingen (allen ESAA) en zijn enkele nieuwsbrieven verstuurd die de leden informeren over nieuwe bijdragen en functionaliteiten op de site. U kunt u aanmelden voor deze nieuwsbrief via de link aan de rechterkant van de home page.
Sinds begin 2007 bevat www.Auditing.nl een shop met enkele boeken en publicaties die onder beheer van de Stichting Auditing .nl worden uitgegeven. Ook wordt een directe link vanuit de IIA-NL-site gerealiseerd.
